Vincent Park does not assume responsibility for any shipping costs, duties or import tariffs incurred on any returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending out your exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Any packages that are sent COD or that arrive without previous communication or return authorization from us with be denied.
