Holiday Shipping Deadlines
During the holiday season we often experince delays with shipping and delivery across the country. Once the package has been shipped, we unfortunately have no control over when it will arrive to you.
  • We recommend planning ahead and ordering early and suggest that all orders needing to be shipped be placed by ThursdayDec 12th. 
  • While this is a recommendation, Canada Post cannot offer any delivery date guarantees.
  • Orders placed after that, even with upgraded shipping methods, are at risk of not arriving on time and we suggest selecting local pick up as an alternative.

PLEASE NOTE:  No orders will be shipped (no matter what shipping type selected) after WEDS, DEC 18th 12pm PST
 
Holiday Exchange Policy
We will gladly issue an exchange or store credit on all full priced items purchased between Dec 1st - Dec 24th until Friday, January 10th, 2025
Intent to send back, or issues with items, must be communicated by email by December 31st, 2024
To return by mail: To start the return process, please send us an e-mail (by December 31st) with the order number and your reason for return and we will send you a link to print off a pre-paid return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs which will be deducted from the exchange/credit amount. 
For local drop off: Please refer to our local pick up schedule and drop your return back to our Mount Pleasant studio before Friday, January 10th. 
All apothecary, undergarments, ornaments, sale, warehouse sale, or discount code items are a final sale and no exchange or refund will be offered.
