HOLIDAY SHIPPING + RETURNS
During the holiday season, shipping carriers often experience delays across the country. Once your package has been shipped, we unfortunately have no control over delivery timing.
If you need your order before the holidays, we recommend placing all shipped orders as early as possible. Please note that Canada Post cannot guarantee delivery dates, even with upgraded shipping. Orders placed after this date may not arrive on time — we recommend choosing Local Pick Up whenever possible.
• Regular Parcel: DECEMBER 19, 2025
• Xpresspost & Priority: DECEMBER 22, 2025
Full-priced items purchased between December 1st – December 24th, 2025 are eligible for exchange or store credit until Friday, January 9th, 2026.
Intent to return, or any issues with an item, must be reuqested to us by December 31st, 2025.
CLICK HERE TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label. Return-shipping costs will be deducted from your exchange/store credit amount.
For local drop-off, please follow our Local Pick Up schedule and drop your return back to our Mount Pleasant studio before January 9th, 2026.
