Shipping & Returns
Customer will be notified by email once item has been shipped. We are a small owner operated shop and do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. Once your order is handed over to Canada Post it is unfortunate out of our control and delays can occur. Orders placed over the weekend will generally ship our the following Monday. If you do not see an order confirmation or a shipping confirmation please check your junk or spam folders.
Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post.
Free domestic shipping on all orders over $200 *excludes lack of color straw hats and palorosa bags
Local in-store pick up orders will receive a 'ready for pick up' e-mail with further instructions on how to pick up your order. Should you accidentally select in-store pick up but need your order shipped instead, you will be required to pay any additional shipping charges that incur.
Should you not see your country listed as a shipping option please reach out to us via email and we can provide a shipping quote and a custom listing for your order.
Returns
For online orders we offer exchange, credit, or refund on new condition regular priced merchandise within 10 days of receiving your order. All items will be inspected upon receipt prior to a refund being issued.
Intent to send back, or issues with items must be communicated within 72 hours of receiving your order.
To return by mail: To start the return process, please send us an e-mail with the order number and your reason for return and we will send you a link to print off a pre-paid return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note, original shipping costs associated with your order are non refundable.
For local drop off: Please refer to our local pick up schedule and drop your return back to our Mount Pleasant studio within 10 days of receiving your item.
All sale, warehouse sale, apothecary, and discount code items are a final sale and no exchange or refund will be offered.
