Shipping & Returns

We are currently operating at a limited capacity and we are in the shop three times a week for private shopping appointments,curb side pickup and shipping. 

Customer will be notified by email once item has been shipped. We are a small brick and mortar shop and do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. If you do not see an order confirmation or a shipping confirmation please check your junk or spam folders.

Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post.

Should you not see your country listed as a shipping option please reach out to us via email and we can provide a shipping quote and a custom listing for your order.

For online orders we offer exchange, credit or refund on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase. 

Intent to send back, or issues with items must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be sent back to the store via traceable mail, or dropped off at the store within 14 days. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

All sale, warehouse sale or discount code items are a final sale and no exchange or refund will be offered.

For all in store purchases of regular priced merchandise we offer an exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. All sale or discounted merchandise is a final sale.
