Shipping

At Vincent Park, we do our best to ship your order quickly, carefully, and with the thoughtful service you expect from a small, independent boutique.

 

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods (new arrivals, holidays, promotions), processing may take a little longer — but we always work to keep delays minimal.

Local pickup orders follow the same processing window unless otherwise noted.

 

Shipping Within Canada

We ship from Vancouver, BC using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on the safest and most efficient option for your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery windows:

• BC + AB: 2–5 business days

• Rest of Canada: 3–9 business days

Remote areas may require additional time.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $250 (before tax).

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Oversized or heavyweight items

• Orders shipping outside of Canada

If your cart qualifies, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control — but we are always here to help if something seems off.

 

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your package shows:

• No movement for 5+ business days

• Marked as delivered but you can’t locate it

• Significant routing errors

Please email us and we’ll help troubleshoot directly with the carrier.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees will apply.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Canada.

International orders may be accommodated case-by-case depending on product and destination — please email us.


Local Pickup (Vancouver)

Local pickup is available at checkout when shown as an option.

You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order is prepared.
