RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date, and be on its way back to us within 14 days

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale Items
  • Intimates
  • Apothecary products
  • Ornaments

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

WEAR & TEAR
As a small business, we stand behind the quality of our pieces — but we can’t offer returns or replacements for items that show signs of regular use over time. If a piece has been well-loved, it falls outside our return policy. We appreciate your understanding and support.
